Juni, NYC

This time quite a special experience. Michelin starred vegetarian restaurant. Sometimes vegetarian restaurants can end in strange curious mess, but this one is completely different story. Proves that vegetables ale not only healthy, but also good and nice 🙂

Very nice interior, nothing you would expect from “vegetarian” restaurant.  Attentive service.

Appertizer: palm hearts with herbs and flowers, unique and delicious!

Soup from arugula with sort of a garden in the centre. Everything not just pretty edible, but great.

Peas in  several ways. Pods, flowers, soup, ratatouille …. fabulous

Corn gnocchi with tomatoes, something spicy and goat cheese (frozen ground). Interesting

Finally strawberries with rhubarb cookie, vanilla pannacotta and some strawberry bouillon (cold) Wonderfull end of this meat-free experience

All in All: definitely something to experience, you and your children will like vegetables more 🙂
