Small, modern but cosy interior, passion for good food is somehow felt from the atmosphere as well as from the group of young cooks behind the big open kitchen. Simple and short menu, not surprisingly focused on burgers.
They seem to take it from the right point. Perfect ingredients, both fresh and properly chosen, mayonnaise from some different world, heavenly buns and great meat. Juicy, tasty. Prepared carefully (don’t expect to get your burger in 5 minutes), well presented.
Frankly, one of the best burgers not just in Prague (which is probably not the best reference for burgers), but really one of the best burgers I have ever eaten.
